• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in designing interfaces for both web and mobile applications.

• Proven experience in leading a design team and managing design processes.

• An Advanced level of English proficiency.

• Skilled in Figma, with extensive experience applying UI and UX design strategies.

• Ability to work hand-in-hand with development teams, fostering seamless collaboration.

• Exceptional skill in balancing tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.

• Take the lead on design projects and guide the design team, actively monitoring and supporting the continuous skill development of team members.

• Engage in close collaboration with project stakeholders to strategically influence design decisions.

• Oversee the design process, from planning and scoping to task prioritization, to ensure efficient project progression.

• Create prototypes that enhance comprehension of design concepts for clients and internal teams, fostering a shared understanding of innovative design ideas.

• Clearly articulate and exhibit your design choices, ensuring they align with the overall design strategy and business needs.

• Develop and refine style guides, user flows, wireframes, and design systems to establish a cohesive and user-friendly design language.
